We equip young people with the skills, confidence, and opportunities they need to thrive through sport, media, Esports, events, and accredited development programmes.
Our programmes unite generations through inclusive activities like games, storytelling, food, music, and shared learning, helping families and elders connect and build stronger community ties.
Genlink supports community regeneration in Brent by empowering local leaders, revitalising shared spaces, and delivering cultural and family-focused projects that build pride and long-term community growth.
Genlink C.I.C. is a Brent-based community regeneration organisation dedicated to empowering young people, strengthening families, and creating inclusive, intergenerational community programmes that leave a lasting legacy. Through sport, creativity, cultural participation, and youth leadership, we design experiences that bring people together and build stronger, more resilient neighbourhoods.
As a Community Interest Company, we exist for public good, not profit. Our work is rooted in partnership, participation, and safeguarding, ensuring every programme is trusted, professional, and built to create long-term community regeneration in Brent and beyond.
We’re redefining what it means to build a connected, thriving community in the 21st century.

Managing Director
Navel Clarke is the Managing Director and co-founder of Genlink CIC, bringing more than 20 years of dedicated service to the communities of Stonebridge, St Raphael’s, and wider Brent. His work has always centred on youth empowerment, community safety, sport, and creating accessible opportunities for local families.
Navel began his journey as a Sport England-funded Sports Community Coordinator before becoming a youth worker supporting young people with complex needs. Over the years, he founded a local football club that re-engaged young people — including those affected by gangs — and delivered trusted, low-cost half-term and summer playschemes that became essential for working families. These experiences laid the foundations for what is now the Genlink Half-Term Games.
A highly qualified multi-sport professional, Navel holds:
His leadership extends beyond Brent. In 2012, he served as a Fleet Team Leader at the London Olympic Games, demonstrating operational excellence on a global stage.
Navel has also played a key role in local governance as Chairman of the St Raphael’s Community, and his contribution to Brent has been recognised widely. He was named a Brent Community Champion in 2015, and received a personal letter from Prime Minister Gordon Brown, recommended by Dawn Butler MP, acknowledging his outstanding service to the community.
Today, Navel leads Genlink with a clear vision: to build a youth-led, community-owned development pathway that supports young people from first engagement through to leadership, qualifications, and employment. His lifelong commitment to Brent continues to shape Genlink’s mission, values, and impact.
